ACCEPTING THE 1970 AND 1971 CONTRACT WITH
TEAMSTERS UNION LOCAL 11695
(0 WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached between the representatives
of certain employees of the Police Department who have chosen
Teamsters Union Local 11695 to represent them, and the Negotiating
Committee of the Common Council, a.nd
WHEREAS the agreement is for the years 1970 and 1971 and has
been approved by the City Attorney,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed agreement
between the City of Muskego and the Teamsters Union Local #695
representing certain employees of the Police Department for
the years 1970 and 1971.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the members of the Negotiating
Committee of the Common Council e authorized to execute the
necessary agreement in the name
