ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR HYDRAULIC SEWER RODDER
WHEREAS the public Works Committee had been authorized to
advertise for bids for a hydraulic Sewer Redder, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
O'Brien Mfg. Co., Inc. $4,040.00
Flexible Pipe Tool Div.
Model IMRH-2 4,490.00
AlQ. 5,325.00
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
the bid of O'Brien Mfg. Co., Inc. in the amount of $4,040.00
be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the bid of O'Brien Mfg.
Co., Inc. in the amount of $4,040.00. .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the money for said equipment
be taken from Account #247, Highyay Equipment Purchases.
