APPROVING THE CHANGE OF PROCEDURES REGARDING
SEWER LATERAL WAIVERS
WHEREAS, it has been found that the present method of waiving
required sewer laterals may not be as binding as would be
desired, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the City Attorney that
the form requesting a waiver of sewer lateral installations be
revised and that a land covenant be executed along with the
form of waiver of sewer lateral installations, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended adoption
of this new procedure,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the revised forms requesting
waiver of sewer lateral installations and the requirement that
a land covenant be executed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council shall be the
authority through which all sewsr lateral waivers must pass.
