r\ DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER To PREPARE A
FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR SEWERS IN THE LAKE DENOON AREA
w WHEREAS, the residents in the Lake DeNoon Area of the City of
Muskego have indicated an interest in the possibility of the
development of a municipal sewerage system which would be
connected to the Town of Norway Sanitary Dist. #l, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Norway has indicated a willingness to
provide the necessary treatment plant to serve the area,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Engineering Firm of
Ruekert 6 Mielke to prepare a feasibility study of the Lake
DeNoon Area which would include the limits of the proposed
sewerage district as well as an estimated cost to the residents
of the area as well as the City of M%kego.
