APPROVAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR WAUER FUR FOODS, IFlC.
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
Lydia Wauer for the renewal of an Extractive Permit held by
her, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, following the Public Hearing,
has recommended that such request be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant to Lydia Wauer an Extractive
Permit, such permit to expire June 1, 1971.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the granting of said permit is
subject to the provision that a satisfactory bond and time
schedule for restoration be submitted. -
