AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING FOR SALE
OF CITl OWNED LANDS ON PIONEER DRIVE
WHEREAS, Resolution #122-70 referred the possible sale of lands
awned by the city on Pioneer Drive to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that the approximately
seven acres of land east of Pioneer Drive owned by the city be
sold, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended .that the land
be offered for sale by sealed bids subject to the right of
rejection of all bids by the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the city engineers to prepare
the necessary description and the Finance Committee to advertise
the sale of lands by sealed bids.
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that the city reserves the right to
reject all bids.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Committee is directed to
review the bids and make the recommendationpp the Council.
