APPROVAL OF WATEIWAY MARKER AND SWIMMING BEACH
FOR DANIEL AMANN AND LAKE DENOON BEACH, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received applications from
Daniel Amann and DeNoon Beach, Inc., Robert Lien, Agent, for
the placement of swimming buoys, and
WHEREAS, the Dept. of Natural Resources has approved these
requests ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve, the with recommendation of the
Department of Natural Resources, the request for the placement
of swimming buoys for Daniel Amann and Lake DeNoon Beach, Inc.,
Robert Lien, Agent.
