APPROVAL OF SEWER LATERAL EASEMENT FOR
JOHN LAUNCH IN OAK GROVE SUBDIVISION
* WHEREAS, John Laurich, owner of Lots 32 and 33 of the Oak Grove
Subdivision, has requested a 10' easement on the west half of
the alley separating Lots 31 and 32, and
WHEREAS, the location of their well and home necessitates such
an easement,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant to John Laurich, owners of Lots
32 and 33, Oak Grove Subdivision, a 10' easement on the west
side of the alley separating Lots 31 and 32.
BE IT FVRTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary easement upon its prep-
aration by the City Attorney.
