RELINQUISHING CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-WAYS OWNED BY
THE CITY ALONG S.T.H. 24 ADJACENT TO
THE INDUSTRIAL PARK .a WHEREAS, the Subdivision Plat for the City of Muskego's . Industrial Park has been returned for clarification of the
access points along S.T.H. 24, and
WHEREAS, it will be necessary for the city to relinquish
certain access points on S.T.H. 24 in order that the location
of Mercury Drive access be approved by the State,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby relinquish one non-restricted access
and two agricultural access permits, subject to approval by
the State Highway Commission and the location of the Mercury
Drive access to S.T.H. 24. n
