APPROVING THE EASEMENT FOR THE WISCONSIN
TELEPHONE COMPANY ACROSS THE MUSKEG0
BUSINESSfINDUSTRIAL PARK
* WHEREAS, it is necessary that the telephone cable presently
located in the Muskego BusinessfIndustrial Park be moved,
and
WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Telephone Company has prepared the
necessary easements placing the cable in an area more favorable
to the city, and
WHEREAS, a description of the easement has been approved by
the City Attorney,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the easement for the location
of a right-of-way grant to the Wisconsin Electric Power Company
and the Wisconsin Telephone Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of
a
the city.
