AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BE'IWEEN TOWN OF NORWAY
AND THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 TD SHARE COST OF SURVEYING
SOUTH DENOON ROAD
WHEREAS, the Town of Norway, in cooperation with the City of
Muskego, is interested in locating the centerline of South DeNoon
Road, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Norway has agreed to share the cost of the
surveying by the Engineering Firm of Ruekert & Mielke equally
with the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
Common Council enter into such agreement,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby direct the Engineering Firm of Ruekert &
Mielke to prepare the necessary agreement designating the
surveying work to be done and how the work shall be paid for.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary agreement in the name of
the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copyqof this resolution, along
with said agreement shall be forwarded to the Clerk of the Town
of Norway. n ,,
