ROBERT BRINKMEIER
WHEREAS it has been determined that Mr. Robert Brinkmeier
of S66 W14475 Janesville Rd., was erroneously charged for
B Personal Property Tax in the amount of $63.23, and
WHEREAS that portion of the Personal Property tax erroneously
charged to Mr. Brinkmeier has been collected from the proper
taxpayer,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the adirice of the City Clerk and
the City Assessor, does hereby refund to Mr. Robert Brinkmeier
the sum of $63.23, plus $3.60 interest charge, Personal
Property Tax erroneously chargedB him.
