ACCEPTING A ROAD CONSTRUCTED BY HAROLD DEBACK DECLARING
IT M BE A CITY STREET
0 WHEREAS Harold DeBack has with the approval of the Plan Comission,
constructed a road sixty feet wide and two hundred feet long in
the southeast 114 of Section 29, directly south of the Muskego
Fire Department Substation, and
WHEREAS the City Engineer has determined that the road meets all
the specifications required for city roads and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recomended that the road
be accepted and that the bond being held by the city be released
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept a road constructed by Harold DeBack
in the southeast 114 of Section 29, sixty feet wide and two
hundred feet long. ' BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city clerk be directed to release
the bond presently being Id by the city. 3
