APPROVAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR GRAVEL INCOWORATED
0 WHEREAS Gravel Incorporated has requested an extractive permit
for the operation of their gravel pit, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission after public hearing has recomended
that the permit be granted subject to the provision that a
satisfactory protective bond and time schedule for restoration
be submitted
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby confirm the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and approves the request for an extractive permit by
Gravel Incorporated subject to the provision that a satisfactory
bond and time schedule for toration be submitted.
