TI APPROVAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR STATE SAND AND GRAVEL
WHEREAS State Sand and Gravel has requested an extractive permit
for the operation of their gravel pit, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission after public hearing has recommended
that the permit be granted subject to the provision that a
satisfactory protective bond and time schedules for restoration
be submitted
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby confirm the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and approves the request for an extractive permit by
State Sand and Gravel subject to the provision that a satis-
factory bond and time schehle for restoration be submitted.
