DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS FOR LOTS 24 AND 25 KINGSTON-ON
MUSKEGO SUBDIVISION 112
WHEREAS Pollock Realty Co. has petitioned the Common Council
of the City of Muskego to grant legal lot status for lots 24
and 25 of Kingston-On Muskego Subdivision 112 and
WHEREAS the Plan. Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended denial of the request
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and deny the request of Pollock Realty Co. for legal
lot status for Lots 24 and 25 Kingston-On Muskego Subdivision 112.
