DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS FOR LOT 6 OF THE OAK GROVE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS Mildred Schubert has petitioned the Cmon Council for
a determination of legal lot status for lot 6 of the Oak Grove
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
request ,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby comfirm the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and does thereby deny the request of Mildred Schubert
for legal lot status for L of Oak Grove Subdivision.
