APPROVING THE PROHIBITION OF SWIMMING
AT IDLE ISLE BY THE PARK AND RECREATION BOARD
a WHEREAS the City of Muskego is the owner of Idle Isle Beach, and
WHEREAS the Park and Recreation Board is responsible for the
maintenance, upkeep and operation of said beach, and
WHEREAS the Park and Recreation Board has recommended to the
Common Council that due to questionable water qualitp,in the
vicinity of Idle Isle Beach that swimming be prohibited, and
WHEREAS they have asked for confirmation by the Council,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby concur with the Park and Recreation
Board in its decision to prohibit swimming in the waters
surrounding Idle Isle Beach.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Park and Recreation Board
