DECLARING THE CITY'S INTENT TD RETAIN
TITLE TO CERTAIN LANDS IN FOUNTAINWOOD
SUBDIVISION
0 WHEREAS on July 8, 1969, the Common Council adopted a resolution to
purchase the following lands from the Waukesha County Treasurer:
Lots 11, 12 and 13 Block 26 , Fountainwood Subdivision, #3
Lot 26 Block 18, Fountainwood Subdivision #3
Lot 2 Block 24, Fountainwood Subdivision #3
Lot 2 Block 25, Fountainwood Subdivision #3
and
WHEREAS the Continental Bank and Trust Co. has indicated their wish
to purchase these lots for the amount of the delinquent taxes, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended denial of their request,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reaffirm its initial action of July 8, 1969, and
will retain title to the following lands:
Lots 11, 12 and 13 Block 26, Fountainwood Subdivision #3
Lot 26 Block 18 , Fountainwood Subdivision #3
Lot 2 Block 24, Fountainwood Subdivision #3
Lot 2 Block 25, Fountainwood Subdivision #3
