RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF CITY ENGINEER
WHEREAS, Joseph M. Kelsenberg, P.E., City Engineer,
in a letter dated May 26, 1970, has tendered his resignation
as City Engineer as of June 5, 1970, conditioned upon two weeks
paid vacation from June 8 to June 16, 1970, inclusive, and
with the last week in June as severance pay.
BE IT RESOLVED that the resignation of the City
Engineer, upon the terms indicated, be and is hereby accepted,
and that the City Clerk be authorized to pay said Engineer
two weeks vacation pay and severance pay7 as indicated.
