REQUESTING ESTABLISHMENT OF PRDPER
SPEED ZONE LOCATION IN
LAKE DENOON AREA e WHEREAS there exists a 30 mDh meed zone in the Lake DeNoon
area which was created January 1, 1958, and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee has recommended that as
a result of the newly constructed road a 40 mph speed zone
would be more practical,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Waukesha County
Highway Commission that they consider a 40 mph speed zone in
the Lake DeNoon area.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Waukesha County Highway
Commission is requested to establish the proper location
€or that speed zone in order that the City of Muskego could
adopt the proper resolution. A
