RESOLUTION OFFERING FOR SALE THE
FOUNDATION OF THE SCHOLBE BARN
WHEREAS it is the intent of the Public Works Department to
remove the foundation of the Scholbe barn which is now
owned by the city, and
WHEREAS, there have been several interested parties wishing
to buy the materials from the foundation, and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended that a
public notice be given accepting bids for the materials in
the foundation,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Cornittee
to offer for sale by bidding, the materials in the foundation
of the Scholbe barn.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee be
authorized to accept that bid which would be in the best
interest of the city.
