RESOLUTION INDICATING THE INTENTION OF THE
CITY To DECIARE OWNERSHIP OF GOLD DRIVE
I) WHEREAS, Gold Drive, from its intersection with School Drive and
Diamond Drive, north to College Avenue, has been used a public
right-of-way since 1929, and
WHEREAS, it is the wish of the City of Muskego to indicate its
ownership of the road, and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Common Council to hold a
public hearing in regard to this matter,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby declare its intent to determine that Cold
Drive, from its intersection with School Drive and Diamond Drive,
north to College Avenue, is a city-owned street.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be
sent to all abutting property owners on this section of Gold
Drive along with a notice of public hearing to be held on June 16,
1970, at 7:OO P.M.
