RECOMMENDING APPOINlMENT OF GERALD P. LEE
AS AGENT FOR WAUKESHA COUNTY HEALTH
DEPARlMENT
WHEREAS the Waukesha County Department of Health has adopted
a county-wide Sanitary Code, and
WHEREAS, the Sanitary Code provides local option whereby they
can designate a person to administer the Code in the name of
the County, and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Public Safety Committee
that Gerald P. Lee be designated as the Agent for the County,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Waukesha County Health
Officer that Gerald P. Lee, Muskego Building Inspector, be
appointed as the Local Enforcement Officer for the City of Muskego
to administer the Waukesha County Sanitary Code.
