RESOLUTION WAIVING THE PLACEMENT OF INTERIOR
BOUNDARY STAKES IN MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has granted
preliminary approval to the plat of the Muskego Industrial
Park, and
WHEREAS, in the development of said Subdivision it is necessary
that grading be done before placement of interior boundary
stakes,
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego that the requirements for placement of interior
boundary stakes be waived in said Subdivision for a period
of one year and that the City of Muskego guarantees installation
of said interior boundary stakes in compliance with Section
236.15 (1) (h) of the Wisconsin Statutes. 0~
