AUTHORIZING A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND ADDRESSOGRAPH
MULTIGRAPH COMPANY FOR ELECTRIC GRAPHOTYPE
MACHINE
WHEREAS the city has recently purchased an electric graphotype
machine, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that a Preventive
Maintenance Agreement be entered into between the City of
Muskego and the Addressograph Multigraph Corporation at a cost
of $126.72, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that the proposed
agreement be accepted,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of an agreement between the
City of Muskego and the Addressograph Multigraph Corporation for
a Preventive Maintenance Agreement at a cost not to exceed
$126.72.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement in behalf of the city.
