APPROVAL OF THE PREPARATION OF A CITY-WIDE
NEWSLETTER
0 WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interest
of the City to be informed of the actions of its elected officials
and the several boards and commissions of the city, and
WHEREAS, a newsletter to be mailed to all citizens could provide
the necessary information, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost of such a newsletter
would be approximately $207.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that action be
initiated to develop a newsletter,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Finance
Committee to send a newsletter to the citizens of the city every
three months or at other times if deemed necessary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $800.00 be transferred
from the Contingency Fund, Acct. #602.049 to Acct. #510.047,
Administration and Postage.
