RESOLUTION DENYING CLAIM OF JOAN KOHNE
BE IT RESOLVED that the claim of Joan Kohne against
the City of Muskego in the amount of $1,066.98,being for real
estate taxes assessed against real estate owned by the claimant
for the year 1969,and claimed illegally levied for the reason
that the assessment was not made by the City Assessor,be
denied.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolu-
tion be mailed to the attorney for the claimant, Clayton A.
Cramer.
