RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS TO INSTALL CULVERT ON
HIGHWAY 24 IN- mSS CORNERS
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has determined that a new
and larger culvert is needed in the Tess Corners area, north
of Highway 24 between the properties owned by Osborn Industries,
Inc. and Rose Wannebo, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has requested permission
to advertise for bids for the work to be done in installing
the culvert,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Committee
to advertise for bids for the installation of a culvert in
Tess Corners, north of Highway 24 between the properties owned
by Osborn Industries, Inc. and Rose Wannebo.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee will
review the bids and submit their recommendation to the Council.
