RESOLUTION TU DENY CLAIM OF JEFFREY KRAFT
WHEREAS, Jeffrey Kraft of W125 S8415 North Cape Rd., has filed
a claim with the City of Muskego in the amount of $1,235.00
for reimbursement of monies expended by him as a result of a
need to relocate his building site, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee, upon the advice of the City
Attorney, has recommended that this claim be dented.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny the claim of Jeffrey Kraft for
$1,235.00
