ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER PROJECT MSS-3-70

WHEREAS, the City Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for the
@proposed sewer project for the City of Muskego, and,
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project MSS-3-70:

WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer, Ruekert & Mielke Inc., and the Pub:Lic
Works Committee have recommended that the’bid for Project MSS-3-70 be
awarded to Ramplex Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby award the bid for the proposed sewer project
MSS-3-70 to Ramplex Inc., in the amount of $236,355.25.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk-Comptroller and the Mayor
are hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of the
City of Muskego.
