ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER PROJECT
MSS-2-70 - Northwest District E-5, Area 1
WHEREAS, the City Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for the
proposed sewer project for the City of Muskego, and,
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project MSS-2-70: b

WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer, Ruekert h Mielke Inc., and the Publ-ic
Works Committee have recommended that the bid for Project MSS-2-70
be awarded to Cathlina Construction Corporation.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
MSS-2-70 to Cathlina Construction Corporation in the amount of
$152,392.00
are hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of the City
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk-Comptroller and the Mayor
of Muskego.
Muskego does hereby award the bid for the proposed sewer project
