RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING BARGAINING AGENT FOR
EMPLOYEES OF THE MUSKEG0 POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, a majority of the members of the Muskego Police
Department have designated as their duly authorized representative a the following organization, to-wit:
Local #695 of the International Brotherhood
of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and
Helpers of America; and
WHEREAS, Section II1.70 Statutes authorizes cit
recognize such an organization for the purpose of collect
bargaining concerning wages, hours and working conditions

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Association
be,and hereby is, recognized as the bargaining agent for the
Muskego Police Department employees pursuant to Section 111.70
Wisconsin Statutes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Association shall be
recognized as the bargaining agent for al I employees of the Muskego
Police Department, except supervisory personnel and dispatchers.
