APPOINTING BUILDING INSPECTOR AND ASSISTANT
BUILDING INSPECTOR AS AGENTS FOR THE COUNTY To
ISSUE PERMITS FOR INSTALLATION OF SEPTIC TANKS
WHEREAS the recently adopted changes in the State Sanitary Code
permit must be acquired from the County Clerk, and
WHEREAS the County Clerk has the authority to designate this duty
to whomever the local municipality wishes to recmend, and
WHEREAS it would be in the best interest of the citizens of Muskego
to have the permit issued locally rather than from the County
Clerk's Office,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby advise the County Clerk's Office at Waukesha,
visconsin, that the Building Inspector and the Assistant Building
Inspector's Office should be designated by him as the official
agency for the issuance of permits for the installation of septic
tanks in the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be
forwarded to the County Clerk's Office, Waukesha, Wisconsin.
