CCR1970091RESOLUTION 891-70 PERMITTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TWO SUBSTANDARD LOTS UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE MUSKEGO SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCE 0 WHEREAS Mr. Hilmer Bolt, W146 S6487 Tess Corners Drive, has appeared before the Plan Commission for a request to divide his existing property into two lots of 100 feet in width and 80 feet in width, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has determined that with the creation of the two lots there will result in a home being on each individual lot, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission has determined that extra-ordinao hardship would result if the Subdivision Control Ordinance was applied literally, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, under authority of Section 12 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance, does hereby accept the recommendation of the Muskego Plan Commission and approve the division of the Hilmer Bolt property into two lots which do not meet the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.
