AUTHORIZING TiiE WISCONSIN TELEPHONE COMPANY
TO RELOCATE A CABLE IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS it has been determined that the Wisconsin Telephone Company
to be developed, and
WHEREAS the Wisconsin Telephone Company has agreed to move said
cable subject to the city bearing the cost of the necessary work
involved, and
WHEREAS Council action agreeing to this is necessary before any
work can be commenced,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Conrmon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby agree to paying whatever expense is involved
(estimated at $5,000.00) for the relocation of the Telephone Company
cable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby urge that the Wisconsin Telephone Company
begin the relocation process as quickly as possible in order
that the development of the Industrial Park is not delayed.
