DESIGNATION OF LEGAL LOT
(Prusinski)
WHEREAS Mr. Carl Prusinski, owner of Lot #26, Bay Shore Estates,
has petitioned the Common Council of the City of Muskego to
determine the legal status of the lot pursuant to Section 10 of
the Subdivision Control Ordinance, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has recommend-
ed to the Common Council that said lot be declared a legal lot,
TEEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recomnendation of the Plan
Commiision and deciare that e legal lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that
aranted Demission to issue
Lot #26, Bay Shore Estates, is a
the Building Inspector is hereby
a Buildina Permit to the owner of I said lot'subject to compliance with ail other ordinances of
the City of Muskego.
