APPOINTMENT OF CITIZEN MEMBER TD BOARD OF REVIEW
WHEREAS it is the responsibility of the Mayor to appoint citizen

4 members to the Board of Review, and
WHEREAS the Board's present chainnan, Mrs. Margaret Fehrenbach,
has indicated she does not wish reappointment, and
WHEREAS the Mayor has nominated Mr. William Sapp as Chairman
of the Board of Review,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby confirm the appointment of Mr. William Sapp
as Chairman of the Board of Review, tenn to expire in 1975.
