AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS 'FOR THE SALE
OF THE OUTBUILDINGS ON THE MUNICIPAL
BUILDING SITE
WHEREAS, it was determined by advisory referendum on April 6,
1971, that the City of Muskego spend $200,000.00 for a new
municipal building, and
WHEREAS, there are several outbuildings on the municipal building
site that need to be removed, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to advertise for sale the outbuildings
on said site,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the advertising of bids for the
sale of the outbuildings on the municipal building site.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said bids shall be opened on 5:OO P.M.
on April 22, 1971.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the buildings be removed within 30
days from the date of the acceptance of the bids.
