give notice of such final determination, in the form attached here-
to as Exhibit “A“, by publishing the same in the Tri-Town Hub, the
official City newspaper whichhas a general circulation in the
City and in the assessment district known as Northwest District,
E-5, Assessment District, Area I, and is hereby found to be likely
to give notice to the persons affected thereby, and by mailing a
copy of the same to every interested person whose post office
address is know, or can with reasonabie diligence be ascertained.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the following is a final resolution
relating to the adoption of plans and specifications for a sanitary
sewer collection system in said City. A copy of said final resolution,
office of the City Clerk, W180 S7732 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wis-
consin, and is open for public inspection between the hours of
8:OO A.M. and 5:OO P.M., daily.

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego on the
24th day of February, 1970, adopted a Preliminary Resolution numbered
31-70, expressing its intent to exercise its special assessment powers
in relation to the construction of a sanitary sewer system in the
following area:
All that part of Sections 8 and 9, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, described as follows;
All of Bay Shore Hills Subdivision, except Lots I and 2, Block I,
Lot 12, Block 2, Lots I through 4, Block 4, Lots I through 4, Block
5; a1 I of Bay Shore Estates Subdivision except Lot I, Block I, Lots
I through 5, Block 2, Lots 14 through 16, Block 3, Lots 2, 3, 15
and 16, Block 4; all of Bay Shore Assessor's Plat; all of Oak Grove
Plat; all of King Plat; all unplatted land in the following locations:
along old Racine Avenue from approximately 150 feet North of Janesville
Road North to re1 ocated C.T.H. "Y"; along Oak Grove Lane from old Rac ine
Avenue North to the South line of Bay Shore Estates Subdivision; along
Sunset Drive from C.T.H. "Y" to Westlyn Drive; on Oak Court; along
Shore Lane; along Richdorf Drive from the North line of Lot I, Block
3, North to a point approximately 200 feet South of the centerline
of Lochcrest Boulevsrd; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has tentatively adopted the
report of the City Engineer containing certain plans and specifico-
tions for the construction of said sewer system, and an estimate of
the cost of the installation of said system; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council, pursuant to notice properly
given as required by Resolution #31-70, and as appears from the records
of the City Clerk, held a pub1 ic hearing on the 1st day of April, 1970,
concerning the matters contained in the Preliminary Resolution and
the report of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
I. The said Report, including the statement as to the
estimated cost of said improvement and the schedule of
amounts assessed as to each parcel of said real estate,
be and the samehereby is finally determined to be correct
and is finally approved and adopted, and said statement of
cost and schedule of assessments are hereby finally de-
termined to be correct and are finally approved and adopted
as heretofore modified.
2. The Plans and Specifications incorporated into said
Report are hereby finally determined to be correct and
are hereby finally approved and adopted as heretofore
modified.
3. The work contemplated in said Report shall be carrie.d
out in accordance with said Report as finally approved
and the payment of the portion of the cost therefor which
will be paid by special assessments shall be made as set
forth in the said Report. i
