RESOLUTION TERMINATING TENANCY OF EDWARD ZIDAR
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk
serve a Notice Terminating Tenancy upon Edward Zidar for the
premises occupied by him on Racine Avenue; and that upon his
failure to move, action will be commenced against him to
enforce eviction.
