RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PUBLIC DEPOSITORY AND
AUTHORIZING WITHDRAWAL OF CITY OF MUSKEG0
MONIES
RESOLVED, that the following banking institutions:
Marine National Exchange Bank of Milwaukee State Bank of Hales
Marine National Bank of Waukesha
Brookfield National Bank, Muskego Branch First National Bank of
Corners, Muskego Branch
Waukesha, Muskego Branch
qualifies as public depositories under Chapter 34 of the Wisconsin
Statutes, shall be and are hereby designated, until further action.
as public depositories for all public monies coming into the hands
of the treasurer of the City of Muskego, Waukesha Co., State of Wisconsin.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that withdrawal OK disbursement from anyone of the
above depositories shall be only by Order check, as provided in Sec.
66.042 of the Wisconsin Statutes; that in accordance therewith all
Order checks shall be signed by the following persons:

Jean A. Sanders, Treasurer and
Countersigned by: Jerome J. Gottfried, Mayor
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in lieu of their personal signatures,
the following facsimile signatures, which have been adopted by them
as below shown:

Jerome J. Gottfried,Mayor
may be affixed on such Order checks; that anyone of the above named
depositories shall be fully warranted end protected in making payment
on any order check bearing such facsimiles notwithstanding that the
same may have been placed thereon without the authority of the
designated person OK persons.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this resolution shall be
delivered to each of the above named depositories, and said depositor-
ies may rely on this resolution until changed by'lawful resolution and a
certified copy of such resolution has been given to the cashier of the
respective above named depositories.
