AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR
SANITARY SEWER PROJECT MSS-2-70 AND MSS-3-70
WHEREAS the Public Hearing for the installation of sanitary sewers
for Project MSS-2-70 and MSS-3-70 in the Northwest District (E-5
Area) was held on April 1, 1970, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that bids
be advertised for with or without street restoration as soon as
possible,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Engineering Finn of Ruekert €X
Mielke be authorized to advertise for bids for the installation
of sanitary sewers with or without a street restoration claus
for the above named project all in accordance with State Statutes.
