RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF
LANDS TO FORMER OWNER.
WHEREAS, Section 75.35(2)(e) Statutes provides
that cities may sell and convey tax deeded lands to the former
owner or owners thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City has acquired by tax deed certain
lands consisting of; real estate and a channel which provide
access to Lake Denoon; said lands having been held in the name
of William Ki Ips Sons, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Plan
Commission that it would be in the best interests of the City
to reconvey the said lands to the former owner.
e NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and
City Clerk shall execute a quit claim deed to the former owner
of said lands. The consideration to be delinquent taxes and
all interest and penalties that would have accrued on the
same up to and including the first day of May, 1970.
