REIMBURSE TAXPAYER FOR ERRONEOUS 1969
PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT

WHEREAS the Great Lakes Appraisal Co. has advised the Clerk-
Comptroller that an error did occur in the 1969 Personal
Property Tax Roll, and
WHEREAS, a disbursement must be made to correct an erroneous
assessment made against John Lang, Key #PL 003,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council does hereby
approve that the 1969 Personal Property tax of John Lang
be $92.21.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $302.97 be transferred from
Account i'/602.049, Contingency Fund, to satisfy the above
adjustment.
