AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
TO DISPOSE OF JUNKED TRUCK
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has requested that they be
permitted to dispose of a junked truck parked in the Highway
Department yard, and
WHEREAS, said truck has little or no value, and
WHEREAS, the Highway Superintendent has advised that he has
been offered $10.00 for said truck,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Nuskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Department
to dispose of a junked truck for $10.00 e
