AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR KURTH PARK
RECREATIONbL BUILDING a ~*
WHEREAS, on February 10, 1970, the Common Council of the City
of Muskego authorized the advertising of bids for the con-
struction of a recreational building at Kurth Park, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

Boehm Builders
Greenwaldt Builders
Geo. Campfield Const. Co.
Georgi-Erdman Co.
Tri-County Const. Co.
Zielinski Builders, Inc.
Groh Bldrs.

WHEREAS, the bids have been reviewed and it has been recommended
by the Park md Recreation Board that the low bid of Tinti
Construction Co. in the amount of $27,726.75 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Tinti Construction
co .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be directed to
draft the necessary contract between Tinti Construction Co. and
the City of Muskego and that the City Clerk and Mayor be authorized
to execute same in the name of the City.
