RESOLUTION REAFFIRMING APPROVAL OF
MUSKEG0 SHORES ADDITION #1
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego did adopt
Resolution $1128-69, entitled, Approval of Muskego Shores
Addition 81, on November 11, 1969, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Local Affairs & Development
did notify the City of Muskego on February 18, 1970,
their approval of said plat, and
WHEREAS, registration of this plat must be made within 30
days of final approval of the State of Wisconsin,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council do
reaffirm approval of their original approval dated
November 11, 1969.
