TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS
ACCOUNT 8292 to ACCOUNT 8542.025 RELATING TO
SEWER LAGOON * WHEREAS, the City of Muskego (known as the Lessee) did enter
into an agreement with Dorothy and Walter Vesbach (known as
the lessor) to lease certain lands for the sewer treatment
lagoon system, and
WHEREAS, lessee did agree that in the event the basic tax
assessment of the land value of the lands covered in this lease
or abutting the same and lying south of Woods Rd. and presently
owned by lessors has increased during the effective term of
the lease that lessee will pay an additional rent that amount
by which the real estate taxes are resultantly increased
provided that lessors remain the owners thereof, and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk's Office has been notified by the City
Assessor that said assessment was increased from $6,250.00 in 0 1968 to $20,000.00 for 1969.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Dorothy and Walter Vesbach be
refunded $362.24 for 1969.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the contract amount for 1970 be
increased from $3,000.00 to $3,362.24 accordingly and that the
Clerk-Comptroller be directed to transfer the necessary funds
from Unappropriated Surplus, Acct. 8292 to Acct. f1542.025 to
accomplish same.
