RESOLUTION VACATING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ON
ADELINE LEWANDOWSKI PROPERTY
The Common Council having levied a special assessment '* on property on Rac ine Avenue, Assessment District #I, and owned
by one Adeline Lewandowski, and carried on the Assessment Rolls
as Assessment #A54-8-27;
And it having been brought to the attention of the Common
Council that no use of the improvement or the property may be made
because said property is subject to a site easement conveyed by
Lewandowski to Waukesha County, Wisconsin, which easement was given
for h ighway purposes.
BE IT RESOLVED tk the special assessment levied against
the property of Adeline Lewandowski on Racine Avenue, Assessment
District #I, under AssessmentifA54-B-27 be vacated for the reason
that no use of the property or of the improvement can presently
be made bv reason of a site easement in favor of Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, for highway purposes. a

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if in the future use of the
improvement is made or can be made, that the Common Council shall
then reconsider the matter of the assessment of the improvement
against the property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments paid by the
property owner for the years 1968 and 1969 in the amount of $174.69
be re'funded to her.
